My son was attacked in his h.r class, another boy flipped a desk over, and then flipped my son’s desk over with him in it. He fell to the floor and desk landed on his hand. Swelled up and we got x-ray, nothing broke thank goodness. This child was only sent home for remainder of that week and returned to school, met with super, and pricipal. They say cannot put him out of school because he has a known disability. He has rights they say. Well what about my son’s wrights to be safe in school. They arent keeping him safe, bullying all over this school..Worse thing is this child has done this before, and has had other things he’s been disciplined for as well. MAD IN OHIO!!!!

I was involved in an auto accident with state of NY employees. The police officer to respond was the last one to arrive on the scene. The Officer refused to speak to my husband attempting to tell him that the driver of one of the vehicles involved was tripped up on his story and was called over by a supervisor who stated ” let’s get our story straight.”

I have photo’s of the scene and a diagram which clearly indicated that the state’s 2 dump trucks completely blocked any view of 5 lanes of oncoming traffic. There were no cones in the area and state employees 3 of the 4 were behind the parked truck smoking cigars. The fourth worker was in the moving dump truck that rolled over me. He states that I ran into him however, the damage to my car indicates that it was crushed back and had I hit the truck glass and parts would have been propelled forward. Also, my airbag would have deployed which it did not.
Where can I go to have a reenactment completed because I would like to take it to the police department and my Insurance company who has not been of any assistance in this matter.
